Could do with a spot of help (XP 64)

Just installed said OS onto computer and have just installed the motherboard drivers (NF3 UT from DFI) onto the computer, no problem.

Only trouble is, for some reason the OS is not recognising my LAN adapter on the motherboard and when i look in the system hardware properties, under the title 'network adapters i only have 2 firewire devices listed and no LAN adapters.

Please can anyone help, i'm really quite stumped with this - might have to be ANOTHER format and revert back to XP...

Have you tried installing the generic nForce 3 drivers from nVidia? I've always used those rather than ones provided by my mobo maker, Asus.
