Could i drop my volts or clock higher?

here is a screen shot of my current clock and the vid from coretemp. Ignor the temps as they have always been odd!!!

understand that the VID is what's needed to get the chip started but does this low vid mean i can drop the voltage or at least clock higher?

i've tried using 1.4v (in bios) @ 445 x 9 but it failed OCCT after 5 mins. So upped to 1.41v and again failed so it makes me think i may have reached the limit on my chip?

if not can someone offer advise with this.

i'll have a play at the weekend to see if i can drop it. but why do my temps report such differences?

i've done this at least 5 or 6 times and it still gives me the same results.

unless the heatsink base is warped? Maybe a good excuse to get the V8 monster?!
but i am also thinking about selling this chip and getting an E0 E8600
