could not activate cellular data network - iphone 3g

anyone else getting this? cant use 3G at all, wifi works fine.

tried network reset but still no good,

any ideas? is it an o2 issue?

I got it too in the harrow, middlesex area. Was just heading off to the O2 forums when I thought I'd look in here.

I tried switching off and on 3G and Airplane mode in SBSettings (jailbroken 3G) but no luck. From what I can see in SBSettings, I'm not being assigned an IP for data browsing. It seems to be widely intermittent as I have managed to get an IP twice in the past few minutes and browsed ok.
