After following the guidelines, it comes up with a loop of 'Could Not Get ID From Server...Retrying'. Your diagnosis?

Firewall, yes, but the Mcafee box came up, and of course, I clicked grant access .

Can you access http://171.65.103.100/ from your browser? That's just one of many assignment servers.

Yeah, that works, i've now closed mcafee completely, still no joy.

Are you restarting it with each try or are you letting it to continue to run?
