Could someone check my OC settings?

They are safe,but im pretty sure you should be able to get higher clock speeds at that voltage.What is the core voltage when the cpu is at stock?

I would up the multiplier and test tell you run into instablity. 4.3/4.4ish should be doable i think.
 
Thanks both, and actually that link is the one I used as a guide, but still got slightly confused with some of the setting combinations, especially voltage.
Why does voltage go up in CPU-Z when simply upping the multiplier?
In that link it sets the voltage offset as a + figure, but I found I had to change that to a - value to keep the voltage under load lower.

I felt 4Ghz was a safe and easily maintainable limit. I have run at stock since I had it about 3 years ago anyway so still an improvement :)
