Right, so not being able to find my copy of photoshop and/or knowing the best free downloadable software to do this. I am simply looking to create a uniform pattern of small white circles with a black background. Kind of like a PC Vent. Paint is a nightmare because its so basic or if there is a way to do it, im not sure.
Cannot for the life of me find my copy of photoshop anywhere and im sure there someone who could whip this up in a matter of seconds but getting anything uniform in MS Paint is like asking Theresa May to have empathy.
Kind of like this pattern but without the big square in the middle

Oh and size of image wise, doesnt have to be massive, maybe 800 x 800 if possible
