Ive read that a lot of Intel Core Duo's are really good for overlocking

My CPU is C2DC (Conroe) Core 2 Duo, 65mn 6400 @ 2.13Ghz, is that any good to overclock.. If so, what sort of heat sink would be the best for it?

I've got a 6400 Core 2 Duo in my media server machine and it's currently running at 2.5 Ghz on a stock cooler. Idles around 30c.

It really depends on your motherboard and how far you are going to push it compared to what you are going to be using it for but I'm sure with some tweaking you can take it well past what I have done with mine.

What motherboard do you have?
