Could someone help me update the bios on a Abit Fatal1ty FP-IN9 SLI

Hi all

So far i have downloaded BIOS: m624b15.zip the newest one to my desktop Now i am stuck

So can someone please tell me the best way of updating it.

Best way is to unzip it then copy all the files onto a floppy disc. then reboot computer choosing-boot from floppy option, once in dos type something like run/m624b15 then is should update from there.

Alternatively you can go to the abit site and download the windows reflashing software from the utlilites menu. If you are doing it this way make sure you have no other programs running when you reflash as it can cause problems.

I've done it both ways and both ways worked but the safer option is defo using the floppy drive.

I think i will do it the floppy way but when u say run/m624b15 would i type A:/m624b15

No probs, I think the A:/ prompt will already be there.
