Could someone link to the apple document that states standard 3 year warantee on HE?

As title, I know I've seen this somwhere before but could someone possibly link to the apple document that states standard 3 year warantee on higher education purchases?

I was told when I bought my Macbook that I needed Applecare to get 3 years but then later found out if you're a student you get this anyway and Applecare just adds 3 years phone support, so I want to complain to them for selling me Applecare under false premises.
