Could someone name this cable

Hi sorry if this is the wrong section, but I have this cable for one of my corsair stock fans (made a push pull with stock pulling) but without it, the fans are fast and crazy like. So at the moment, one fan is nice and silent whilst doing his job, the other is a noisy....

Anyway, what is it and where could I find one to buy?

Its a 3pin fan cable with a resistor in it possibly to lower the voltage and thus give you less rpm's.
