Could someone please check out this URL for me? Warning, suspected phishing link

..don't you just block pop up's per se ?
although I don't think they would allow computer to be compromised any more than allowing arbitrary javascript code to execute from 3rd party sites,
there are no web-site I use that use popups for some legitimate/useful purpose.

(nearly asked the same) but wasn't that part of domain name deregulation, a quick google does not identify whast the rules are,
but .science may not be an immediate contra-indication

Pretty obvious though that a Microsoft server dealing with safety and/or security isn't going to reside in a .science domain.

I don't need to do any checking to know that link is extremely suspect since it doesn't even link to an actual microsoft site.

One reason I don't like the idea of short/hidden urls....

Code:
http://safety.microsoft.com.ezvok.3mcwjwcqqgd.science/ow/en/index.php

This is the domain..

Code:
3mcwjwcqqgd.science

This is the sub-domain...

Code:
safety.microsoft.com

nearly looks legit.... you know why people fall for links like this.
