I seem to be getting pretty poor speeds from beunlimited recently and was wondering if anyone could identify something within my linestats that could be an indicatiopn to the problem.

Uptime: 4 days, 2:31:18
DSL Type: ITU-T G.992.5
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 1.287 / 21.152
Data Transferred (Sent/Received) [GB/GB]: 1,72 / 1,46
Output Power (Up/Down) [dBm]: 12,1 / 18,5
Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 7,5 / 23,0
SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 6,2 / 3,1
System Vendor ID (Local/Remote): TMMB / ----
Chipset Vendor ID (Local/Remote): BDCM / BDCM
Loss of Framing (Local/Remote): 9 / 0
Loss of Signal (Local/Remote): 1 / 0
Loss of Power (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Link (Remote): -
Error Seconds (Local/Remote): 5.778 / 1
FEC Errors (Up/Down): 0 / 0
CRC Errors (Up/Down): 890 / 7.243
HEC Errors (Up/Down): 362 / 29.677

I have postded the same on the be forums but don't seem to be getting anywhere fast.

Looks like a good sync speed.

Noise margin is on the lower side at 3.1dB. Depending on your modem it may be having some difficulty at certain times of the day if this drops too low. A rubbish modem will probably lose sync at much below 3dB.

7243 CRC errors over a 98 hour session isn't too bad.
Near 30,000 HEC errors over 98 hours again isn't too bad.

23dB isn't that long a line though and the errors might be a tad higher than normal for a shorter line. Remove all telephone extensions, plug into test socket and monitor for differences.

Of concern would be the loss of signal. Not sure what loss of framing means.
