could the psu be faulty

turned my pc on today and after a while on ut3 i noticed that my fan speeds started to fluctuate and the lights flickering a bit. the fans are through a fan controller and have been for the last month if that makes any difference.
so could it be the psu or is my fan controller to blame?

Could try dropping out the fan controller and wire the fans straight into the PSU to rule out the PSU?

Or could just be a loose cable, dbl check theyre all fully plugged in

try playing the game without the fan controller.? and make sure

and pull out and pop in all the power cables just to make sure a good connection is made
