Could there be a problem?

Hi there,

So I have been experiencing some problems when trying to play Rust and DayZ, I have a reasonably decent PC to play games with and I believe it should be smoother than what I'm currently getting. When I play games, my PC seems to get 60 fps fine, however once I start moving around I keep getting fps spikes/drops for a second or two, then it fixes itself and just keeps repeating these steps.

It's not my GPU as I've benchmarked it and stress tested it, I'm not sure what it is, pc specs below.

CPU: i7 2600 @ 3.4GHz
GPU: NVIDIA 780
PSU: Corsair TX 850
Motherboard: P8H67-M PRO

Similar to what I'm getting currently, just returned the GPU and seeing what will happen when I get a replacement - I'll let you know how I get on

What GPU is this? I don't think the GPU is my problem as when I had my old GPU I had the same problem

Ah, this is my gtx 760, but the symptoms were just the same

Might be your PSU, have you checked it out? Maybe try a spare you have lying around?

Don't have a spare one unfortunately, is there any other way to test?
