Could this be a faulty CPU or is it Ram?

Im new to this and my computer is crashing every cple hrs without any tweaks, any ideas what the cause could be? heres the info i have if its any help to anyone that can help me? please!!
Ive ran intel burn test and it failed, saying its the ram or cpu at fault, how do i find out which exactly is faulty and if it is the cpu will it still be under warranty? its 15 months old, if so how do i go about getting a replacement?

CPU Core Volt- 1.350

Memory is set to 6-6-6-18 however when i try changing this it goes back to default on reboot, any ideas here?
One last thing aswell the CPU is set to 333 standard but theres the unlinked and linked option, what are these and should it be on one of these for any settings i have to make?
Your help would be much appreciated guys as im sick of it crashing every few hrs, sometimes it can go for 5-6 hrs no bother playing COD4etc... other times 1hr then resets. Please let me know anything i can do and if these settings need changing

I cant get memtest to work from my flobby boot up, how do you use it? Ive also tried adjusting volts and timings to ram, makes no difference, any other ideas? Just let me know on that memtest how to use it other than from floppy, does it have to boot at startup?
 
95 Sorry mate yes i have posted it up in another thread i am sorry it is doin my nut in man cos everything was bang on with it. Its under general hardware and computer crashing mate please have a look. Once again i know for next time not to double post and apologise. cheers mate.
