Could this be rarest master system game?

I did some research, was only produced for short amount of time due to him losing boxing title, they replaced front cover with another boxer

They kept same game, just cover was changed. Basically front cover is worth £500 not the game.

Wouldn't the ROM be different, title-wise? If a new revision.
 
I watched a few YouTube videos of both games seem exactly the same
Seems they didn't release those other versions in states, just the original version. So it is a rare NTSC version, rather than PAL, where it was released under different names. From what I understand the SMS did not do particularly well in America, so probably why it had a limited run. Price seems quite good compared to estimate on Racket Boy.
