Or Fries if you like. Came across this a while back. Gonna try and make these myself.

No. Chips need no more than salt and vinegar.

Maybe in the olden days when we ate them out of ink saturated newspaper and a wooden fork, but times move on. I now find chips too dry on their own.

I did'nt make these myself. They are indeed American. Called trainwreck fries and are sold by this place.
