I wish to ask you a Question :- " Is This True ?"

I refer to the Pension Reality Check.



Are you aware of the following ?


The British Government provides the following financial assistance:-



A BRITISH STATE PENSIONER (bearing in mind they worked hard and paid their Income Tax and National Insurance contributions to the British government all their working life) Weekly allowance: £106.00


IMMIGRANTS/REFUGEES LIVING IN BRITAIN (No Income Tax and National Insurance contribution whatsoever) Weekly allowance: £250.00



BRITISH STATE PENSIONER Weekly Spouse allowance: £25.00
ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS/REFUGEES LIVING IN BRITAIN Weekly Spouse allowance: £225.00



BRITISH STATE PENSIONER Additional weekly hardship allowance £0.00
ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS/REFUGEES LIVING IN BRITAIN Additional weekly hardship allowance £100.00



A British state pensioner is no less hard up than an illegal immigrant/refugee yet receives nothing

After all, the average pensioner has paid taxes and contributed to the growth of this country for the last 40 to 60 years.

Sad isn't it? It's about time we put our own people first.
 
Yes but never going to happen. This is why this country is falling down.

We let people in and give them housing and money and they never need to work.

Armed forces, pensioners etc, who have contributed to the welfare of this country, paid there tax's, NI, etc, lost limbs.....I could go on. Get hardly nothing.


We help far too many other countries giving them millions/billions in aid etc when at home we have elderly people too afraid to put there heating on as worried so much about there bills.


This country is run by the rich for the rich to prosper.


They should spend a week in the average mans shoes/ average family who just get by tilll the end of the month and see how life fairs for them then.

The older I get the more all this winds me up.


Did you also know, asylum seekers/immigrants. refugees etc also get what is known as a 'white goods package'

Consisting of basic needed items for around the home, fridge, tv, cooker, kettle, toaster, washing machine. This is NOT per household. This is per person 18+ in the household. So they can then sell on these items as I am pretty sure they will not need 3 washing machines etc.

Another loop hole which has been going on for some 6 years now and still not been closed.



I could go on, but what's the point.

I have worked out that you either need to be really rich or really poor to live comfortably in this country these days.


I just hate the fact that the elderly are too worried to have a warm house because of the bills. That is never a good thing.
 
Where are you getting the figures that an immigrant gets almost 30k a year?

I have a friend of mine on a working visa with 3 kids and she gets nil, nothing. Not even a penny toward the children let alone her.

Sounds like bull**** to me.
 
I'd have to say no, it isn't true. I'd like to think there is some basis in fact, in some unusual and temporary circumstances (such as an asylum seeker awaiting judgment on their case) but it's quite possible (especially as it looks like an email circular) that's it's 100% lies concocted to troll or incite hatred.

Some nasty people out there.

Dear Cameron,

Can you also please explain why pensioners are required to wear huge inflatable bunny ears every saturday afternoon, where as illegal immigrants get free passes to Alton Towers?

And why does the government employ over 10,000 people to spit on, or tickle to tears, pensioners each Wednesday, then massage immigrants feet for the rest of the week?

And whilst we're at it, why is the popular TV show 'countdown' intending to only allow words that are present in the Koran?

I'm neither really rich nor really poor and I'm quite comfortable? 3 bed semi with the g/f, two cars between us, food on the table, bills paid, a reasonable amount of disposable for fun/saving/investment - neither of us earn as much as the national average.

I think the definition of comfortable is key here - poor and the UK are, broadly speaking, mutually exclusive.
 
This was posted not that long ago. There are no "Special immigrant benefits". You are either entitled to UK benefits of whichever type, most of which are means tested, or you are not. You don't get any bonuses for being an immigrant.
