You may want to check the compatibility of that mobo with Conroe, don't know myself but I seem to recall something about those two not liking eachother. Could be wrong there though.
Only other concern might be the PSU, generally speaking the PSU's that come with cases suck, but considering it's an Antec you might be alright.

Everything else looks fine though.
 
Ah, fair enough. I wasn't sure. Better safe than sorry though.
If you can stretch it, I'd say go for a seperate PSU (Tagen, Antec, Enermax, Seasonic etc.). But if not, I'm sure the PSU supplied with the case will do the job.
I just have a vendetta against PSU's that're supplied with cases. :)
 
Yeah, thanks, im going to stick with the standard psu at the moment, just waiting to find out when then processor n board are due in now
 
The PSU supplied with the case is probably the best easily available combo there is and it is even good as a standalone PSU.
