Could you live here?

No, I couldn't live there. I don't have a spare US$250,000,000 and I doubt if squatting there would work out well.

I wouldn't live there if I could. Partly because of the views - I'm not comfortable that high up - and partly because I'd need staff to clean a massive 3 storey home. I don't want other people in my home.

The views even sitting down watching this makes me go wow. The price is just wow.
Yeah but you were moving to Milton Keynes so.

No thanks even if was free

Have a bit of a fear of living near the top or at the top of a skyscraper or tall building after seeing pictures & videos of some them on fire

Even if I could afford it. I wouldn't. It's not for me.

It's ridiculous. And besides I wouldn't want to live in a massive city nor in the USA.

They was building that when I was there in 2019, looked very slim and I thought that would blow down if they was a strong wind hahaha.

I always think of what happens if there's a fire, or a power failure resulting in no lift, or the booster pumps fail, etc. I mean, these flats will be empty for 99.9999% of the time and the people who buy them probably have a whole portfolio but still.

Indeed. Hence why I prefer a house. Or bungalow. I'm not into appartement living really, unless I had no choice.

I mean don't get me wrong. It's impressive, but at the same time obscene.

Why would you buy an apartment with its own restaurant built into it ? 11 bathrooms as well… like why ? How many different pooing positions does one man need ffs.

It’s like it’s built for a family of 40 people or something and who the hell wants to be trapped in the sky with an extended family of 40.
