im going to stick to my original £500 for the time being, then at some point nearer xmas see what i can find for the gfx.

Since ive had my Q6600 cpu ive had a 7800 GTX, 8800 GTS 512mb, & now a GTX 275, & i still cant find a reason to upgrade the cpu. So IMHO id get the best cpu you can afford.
