Counter Strike Fps bug

I heard that 2900xt and 8800 series has fps bug in cs:s as im getting to suddenly it drops to 30 or so and it get really bad and basically not playable does anyone know how to fix it or was there any fixes for it.

I get this but only for a split second when a nade comes in.

Other than that great performance.
