What do you think are the chances of this, I think that it would be more than possible to get CSS on the 360, they did release a version based on CS1.6 on the original Xbox and it was playable over live, did any1 play this and was it any good.

I think the game would be brilliant and to be honest is the only game that I really miss since being converted away from PC gaming, just think of 32-64 man battles in office/chateau over Live.

nah it was crap i enjoyed it at first...they mentioned all this great singleplayer crap there was just some bots and live always disconnected full of americans and american servers...they would never be able to make the likes of 1.6 for 360 maybe source...

CS on the xbox 1 was quite good as a console fps tbh.. not EVERYBODY plays/likes halo :o) i think cs source would be good on xbox 360 but i doubt you would get 32 player on a home connection more like 16 18 at a push

I would really like to see it come out, I think it would be just as good using a pad over a mouse/keyboard, I have had COD 2 for my 360 for just over a week now and when I first started playing I was averagely accurate, but now after completing all Russian/Brittish missions on veteran I can hit a enemy smack in the head before he's even thought about firing.

I agree that Live may be put under strain by a lot of players but its something I hope they improve, how many players could you fight on Black Hawk Down, if I remember right I think it was upto 50, unfortunatly I never got to play it so I dont know how much lag there was.

HMM, if its for a console it will have to have that auto-aiming, which really takes *** point out the realistic element of having 100s of hitboxs on your body in css and what makes player differ so much in terms of aiming skill

There's only about 16 hitboxes on a character.

I love First person shooters, but I cant get the same feeling on my 360 that I did on my PC. A lot of people have claimed that Gamepad can be as good as Kb/M but I just cant see it at the moment...im Just CRAP with it lol. Because KB/ M can be So accurate,(and more importantly FAST )you think twice about rushing and you dont run about in the open like a maniac because someone who is quick on say a Kar Rifle will blow your balls off!

Despite all that. BF2 is coming out on the 360 so I will give it a go...I WILL learn to use a gamepad and i WILL stop comparing my console to my PC!..or I WILL invent a KB/M for my 360 and kick everone's arse :)

How long did you spend practicing kb/m play? how long have you had to perfect it?

IMO there is little difference in kb/m and gamepad as long as the game is disigned to use the control method. (I dont mean auto aim btw)

Personally I prefer the game pad. In terms of look speed, you can truely crank up the sencitivity on the game pad. Halo for example is defaulted on 3 and I think 4 or 5 is considered high sencitivity by the developers yet the allow you to select up to 9.

So its just practice that is required to get to grips with it. No I could probably not beat an average pc fps gamer with a game pad yet but thats due to my limitations not the controlers.

Listen, im just sore that I am totally crap with a Gamepad :) As I said, I WILL practice with the thing and im sure Ill get used to it...and anyway, the 360 is a games console. Using a KB would be a silly idea anyway. And as for kicking everones arse? Well that will never happen...it was just a joke lol

Don't really mind using controllers for FPS games since you do get used to them after a while. Takes some getting used to though and often you'll wish you had a mouse :D
