Counter-strike: Source demo error

Whenever I try playing demos in CS:S I get the "Failed to read demo header" error.

I know the "Failed to read demo header" is due to the radar update, but I couldn't find a solution on how to get it to work...

Any help?

How old are the demos you are trying to play?

Many css updates have caused all demos recorded before them to stop working.

I'm not sure, they were probably really old though. Just some demos teaching you how to AWP and use the AK properly, it's not that important. What's the name of the program that lets you view all game demos?
