ok guys been on the deathmatch servers but can't for the life of me figure out how to buy weapons??? Am i been a total thickie or what ( hopefully what)

Edit:
oh sorry on Deathmatch, type guns and it will bring up a menu.

So press Y, type guns, then you can pick your guns and when you next spawn it will give you the choice to just always select that set of guns, if you ever want to change it, type guns again.
