Counterstrike server downloads

Hi,

Does anyone know how i stop servers from downloading all the crappy music files to my pc when connecting?

Didn't work. I'm basically trying to stop mp3s taking ages to download before joining a server. Also, is there a way to tell if a server is running bots before joining?

I typed it in the console window and set the value rather than the config. The value stays the same between sessions though as I would expect.
