Country in the EU with no words in its anthem

Trying to guess a mystery destination and one of the clues I have is that the country concerned has a national anthem with no words in it, any idea ?

Kind of ironic that the nation who won Euro 2008 - one of whose main themes was against racism - has a national anthem whose words had to be removed because they reflected the countries facist history.

I find it weird that most people don't know the lyrics to their national anthem. I don't know England's one apart from "..God save the Queen!"

I hate that National Anthem crap. How about we just move on and progress? The only thing tradition achieves is segregation and the acceptance of millions of morons who pray to something that doesn't exist.

Duuhhh!

Tradition is just another word that the Government use to mean 'Still got you by the balls!'

/rant and yes, I'm probably way off the mark, but I don't care..
