Hi there, thanks for the replies to my previous questions. I'm building an orange+black setup using a Silverstone Fortress, I have the parts but I'm a little unsure what to do with my rad. Here are some very rough sketches of what I'm thinking regarding mounting:
Thinking of using the top 180mm fan as an exhaust blowing onto the triple rad mounted on top of the case, with 3 Noctuas. Is this alright and should they be push or pull? I would've thought pull but just wanna be 100% sure. I also need some tips on how to get the rad slightly elevated above the fan grill - maybe just remove the grill?
On a seperate note, I bought some plastic Ghost compression fittings and now I hear they're a death sentence.
Is that true? If so I'll stick with plain old barbs and clamps, because "proper" compressions are WAY overpriced.
