Couple of questions for my "new build"

See current rig in my sig. Swap in the i7 2600k and P8P67 Pro bundle. I was looking at this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-203-CS&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1517 RAM. Is this what I need or would I be better off spending more?

Second question. What is the best way to move my 1TB RAID (2 500GB disks) on to a new mobo which presumably has a different RAID BIOS?

Having realised quite how much the i7 actually is, change that for the i5 2500k

Not that it makes a difference.

The ram will be fine. You wont be able to move over the raid array. You will have to do a backup and then do a fresh install on the new machine.

As we don't know what level RAID he's using it's impossible to say this yet. If he's running a mirrored array (RAID 1) for example then it's definitely possible.

My mistake, I thought it would be obvious that I meant RAID 0. I had guessed I would need to back it up and start again. Thanks for the help.
