Hey all, just got a couple of questions.
Firstly, is there any possible way to force speedfan to set all the fan speeds to 100% on boot? When i boot up, one is at 100% the others are around 50% and one is 0%, so i have to crank em up everytime i boot.
Not running speedfan at all isnt an option, as i have the weirdest issue ever. If speedfan isnt running, games will randomly lag badly, not from throttling or anything like that, they just lag, and if i alt tab out and load up speedfan, the lag goes away.
So anyway, speedfan has to stay.
Secondly, after my last reformat (went from Vista back to XP) every single time i play a movie, my monitor will randomly lose sync. If the movie is only windowed, i'll lose a quarter of the screen (turns black), a refresh change fixes this. If its on fullscreen i'll lose the entire screen with an out of sync/range message and the only way to fix that is to reboot.
The only codecs i have are the latest Divx ones, i also have winamp installed.
Videocard drivers: Forceare 81.85
I think thats about all the info you need.
Help!
