couple of questions

at the moment my setup is
core 2 duo e4300
asus p5n-e
Corsair 2GB Kit (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-5300/5400 (667/675MHz)CL4 with Heat Spreader
hopefully gonna order a 7300gt from overclockers but have a few questions i need to ask first:

1-i heard that that the NB can get hot on this board. will someone be able to tell me of a fan that i could mount on the NB.
2-i dont do that much gaming at moment but ill like to play sanandreas, sims 2 and needforspeed carbon if i could stretch it. will the 7300gt be suitable for this?
 
the 7300gt would probably be alright for sims2 and gta but i think it'll have a hard time coping with nfs..
 
Not for around £30, it is a decent enough budget graphics card and should play all those games but NFS Carbon may be at fairly low resolutions/detail levels. I've got a 6800GT (very roughly equivalent to a 7600GT) and I can play all those games (not Sims2 but that is a point of principle rather than an inability) decently enough. :)
 
also is there a big difference in performance between a 7300gt ddr2 and 7300gt dd3 plus seeing as it costing £30 is it still worth it if i got the ddr2 one
 
im gonna be overclocking it once my exams are over so thought ill order any extra cooling i need now so dont have to pay postage again,
