1. We've got one user who has a local USB printer that only they use. Lately, their TS session has started switching their default printer from the local USB to one of the network printers instead. Sure, it's kinda funny when their print jobs randomly come out on the warehouse dot-matrix, but it's getting old now 
Set the USB printer back to default, it's OK for a while (days sometimes) and then out of nowhere it decides to go nuts again. Strangely, their USB printer shows "redirected" after its description (even when its working fine) so I'm assuming that's the issue. Not sure why/how/when/where/etc ? Any ideas?
2. Another user is having a weird problem when copy/pasting between Windows XP and their TS session. When they paste it just dumps random numbers instead of whatever it was they copied (even simple text) - it used to be fine....just recently started doing this. Nothing has changed, AFAIK.
Any help with either would be ace
