Courier recommendations

After some of the above.
I'm about to buy a bumper from a scrap yard so need a courier. The yard are charging £30+VAT for delivery which seems a little steep so if anyone has some better ideas I'm happy to consider. Had a quick look around and £25 seems about the going rate.

Try Paisley Freight, used them a few times for car parts, including bumpers and spoilers.
