Cover anti sweat anti fog for Rift S

Hi, turns out my 13 year is a sweaty Herbert when playing on the VR and it fogs up. Same doesn't happen to me, might be down to a smaller head but does anyone use different covers that maybe include better airflow or such that prevent this kind of thing?

Have looked on rinforest but delivery is months not just weeks and don't know whether most are just crap?

Seen silicon things, washable cover, etc?
