Cowan D2 with DAB Radio?

Anyone got one of these. On website it says the player has a touch screen and that it comes with a touch pen thingy. Anyone know if you can access features without having to use touch screen?
 
There's 3 tactile buttons and a hold switch. You can change what the buttons do. I personally had the middle button as pause/play and the left and right buttons back track/forward track, and rewind/fast forward when held. I don't think you can change the buttons so they go through menus, but I never tried so I'm not 100%.

I had it for about 2 months before selling, which I regret, but I needed to due to limited funds.

Cheers, how did you rate the player overall?
 
Sorry if slightly off topic, but how does the sound quality compare between the D2 and one the Sony players, e.g. NWZ-A818? Anyone tried both before?
