CPL Nub

What on earth is 'CPL Nub' meant to mean?

I was playing CSS the other day, doing ok, slightly positive K/D take out this one guy and he called me a CPL Nub.

I just can't quite figure out what it is meant to mean?

I know what CPL and Nub mean on their own, but together they just don't make sense in my head

I have strong suspicions the guy calling me that was more of a wannabe than I am - I only play a couple of times a month

My play was not remotely slow and careful - I just go full on 'Rambo' most of the time I play!
