hey guys i got a i7 4770k with a cooler what i am not satisfied with.. the cpu is overlcocked but i was just wondering if i buy like a hi100 cooler and replace it with the other cooler does it reset the overlcock or damage anything by removing and replacing with another cpu cooler?

No as long as you dont remove cpu from motherboard then bios wont be changed/reset so the overclock it came with will be retained.

Your gonna want to play with the overclock anyway if your going for a new cooler so why bother about loosing the settings?

does anyone know how i can show bluescreens to people. is there a application where i can paste.. i got a oc of 4.4ghz and a promilatech cooler whatever its called..but im getting programmes not responding lately and im worried that im drainning the cpu so i got a bluescreen this one time and just wanna see how i can paste it to show it to you guys..also do you reccomend adjusting my pc to this http://i.imgur.com/pUVb3pO.png
