I don't think you can as it would draw way too much power for a single cable. If this is for a X570 board or Z390/Z490 you don't need the second CPU power (4 pin) connector unless you have one of the high end cpu's and are really pushing very high overclocks.
I have a 3900X on an MSI x570 ACE, I only have one 8 pin EPS cable in the board, ive tried it with 2 and doesnt make a blind bit of difference except add to the cable clutter, so I took the other one out, its running fine with 1.
