CPU air cooler please that won't block my ram?

My ran is Corsair CMY8GX3M2A2400C11R Vengeance Pro Series 8GB

My motherboard is Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H Motherboard

My case is a 200R... 160mm max height

Want the best air cooler I can fit in, I don't want liquid.

Would I get a D14 in?

The D14 shoud fit and other posts have said that the only issue experienced is accessing the RAM after installation.

If you are worried just go for a Hyper 212 as they are slightly narrower, but the height shouldn't be an issue.

Your motherboard has 53mm center CPU to near side of RAM sockets.
Vengeance Pro is 44mm tall.
That is 39mm above the top of CPU.
NH-D14 front fan is 40mm above CPU.
You say your 200R has 160mm CPU clearance.
NH-D14 cooler and front fan should just fit ..
The math says you have 120mm clearance for the fan between top of RAM and case.
