cpu and mobo combo help

Hi I'm after a new cpu and mobo. I have a fried 8350 and msi mobo to replace.

I'm thinking Intel simply as I want to stream and upload to YouTube ect.

I would also like to have a mobo with the option to add 2nd gpu if poss..

Can anybody spec me the best value combo please..
