Cpu and System Temps

Hi Guys, just built a system, went straight into the bios and ive got 30 deg c system temp and 24 deg c cpu temp. Im using a E6550 and I havent OC'd anything yet, are these temps ok to start with? Im pretty sure a friend of mine had 20 deg c with the same cpu and cooler as mine (Zalman CNPS9500)
