cpu anything wrong?

ok i got a p4 3.2GHz and well it's overheating atm, i am going to upgrade to core 2 duo as soon as i get the money but want to know is there anything wrong with thwe cpu if i was to sell it on or are the setting wrong?

Cant tell much from CPU-Z pics. What are your load temps? Are you on stock cooling?

they can get up to like high 60's in games and yea just using stock cooler going to get new one....just need to decide which one

If you're going to be overclocking don't bother getting another cooler as those temps are acceptable for a P4.
