cpu auto adjust

Hi

I just installed my new pc with asus rampage formula IV and i7 intel 3.6 cpu
and i need to know how do i adjust my cpu to start up with an idle load like 1.5 ghz or so and when im gaming then it must auto adjust to full speed.

I know my way around in the new asus bios but forgot what to enable and stuff.

atm my cpu runs at full speed 3.6 standart and i know how to clock it..i forgot how to make it auto adjust

Found out it was windows power control that was set to high, so the was always on high load, now it works fine with balanced power :9
