CPU block 1366 to 2011

hi,

I have a heatkiller rev 3.0 CPU block on my current CPU which is socket 1366, now it appears that the layout for socket 2011 is the same.

however does anyone know if I need any adaptors atall or does the block just fit the new socket like for like??

appears you need m4x35 screws instead of the m4x25 the block came with

for future for anyone else that has this issue the only differance is the screw size you just need m4 35 rather then the slightly smaller ones you get for the 1366

I'd just email swiftech see what they say. but the hole layout for 2011 & 1366 appear to be the same just depends on the fittings I guess

yea they worked fine but you don't use the backplate or spacers just the m4x35 & the tension springs
