CPU block recommendation

Hi,

I have a loop on my system I am swapping a cpu block out on for a LGA1700 CPU block.
I use premix mayhems X1.

Was looking for some recommendations for a good block to cool a 14900k?

Not to bothered about RGB features unless it happens to be a must on a good cooler.

Also looking to get the Alphacool Core1 or LT. Seems to be the best all rounder atm.
Going to be replacing an older EK Supremacy Evo.

I looking to do the exact same thing, replace a supremacy evo in signature. Was thinking about cheaping out and buy the am5 CNC standoffs, but everywhere sold out/discontinued.

The Supremacy thumbscrews don't work with the EK AM5 standoffs, see this post.

I just got some #6-32 UNC thread countersunk bolts, they will go into the factory motherboard backplate. This way I can reuse Supremacy EVO Acetal and a Bykski A-Ryzen-ThV2-X on AM5.

For the EVO I'm using black aluminium countersunk washers on the bolts, so springs work and it creates a factory like finish IMO. On the Bykski just swapping bolts.

There's a bracket OCUK used to sell for £1 to make your evo work
Thaks Dave. I already use the bracket with my current setup, but was going to change the block to the newer Alphacool anyway.

It's in the mix and looks a great alternative. Needs the heavy backplate to make it perform at it's best.

Do you have a link to this?

I've also got a supremacy Evo and thinking about upgrading to AM5, would love to save having to buy another CPU block!
I had the AM4 plate which works for AM5 as mount holes are same, but apparently getting the screws needed for AM5 don't work, see this post.
