CPU Bottleneck & FX card upgrade

I hope this is in the right thread.

Im looking to upgrade my 6800ultra in the next few weeks to a X1900XT but i am slightly worried if my processor will bottleneck the system. I have a AMD 3000+ Venice o/c to 2.7gig.

The chip runs like a dream atm & dont really want to upgrade to Conroe yet & will wait for 2nd or 3rd generation DX10 cards.

I have the 1900gt and my celeron 326 @ 3.9Ghz is a major bottleneck in my system as far as benchmarks go. Don't know how that equates to your venice with an xt, but it would be inderesting to see.
