CPU Bottleneck?

Hi all,

Out of curiosity, would my current cpu (in sig running @ stock speeds) bottleneck a 7950/70? I'm hoping to wait until nvidia release kepler but might end up getting a 7950/70 for the time being.

Thanks for all your help. I think I'll wait for kepler and if I go for one of the top range cards, I'll upgrade to a 2500k.
