CPU bottleneck?

I'm concerned I have a CPU bottleneck, particularly in BF3. I run the game on Ultra, on a Radeon 7970. Having monitoring, the in-game performance overlay, things don't seem right to me. CPU max value is always higher than GPU, and it doesn't seem to matter what map I'm playing, whether there are players in the servers or not. To my understanding, the GPU should always be higher than the yellow line (CPU), especially when running the game in Ultra.

Do I have a bottleneck or is this normal?

I've attached a link with some screenshots below

I don't know, it's just what makes more sense to me. The higher the value, the slow render time? In this case, the CPU is the slowest to render, hence my concern. It's possible I'm wrong, my knowledge is limited here.

Do you honestly think that an ivy bridge i7 clocked at 4.6 is going to be bottlenecking any current GPU right now?

Of course not! That's what concerns me even more, there could be a more underlying problem, like an unstable CPU/GPU. I'm just looking for clarity.

If you're worried run 3d Mark or similar and see if they match to what others get for your hardware.

I think I was just paranoid. I ran a few tests in 3DMark and the results look fine compared to others, better than most systems with higher GPU clocks (odd really, considering I've yet to OC mine (factory OC)).
