CPU BSOD when playing MGS TPP

Event viewer says this when playing MGS TPP it hapens a lot.

I have my CPU overclocked, thing is I'm running a fairly old antec 450 w powersupply.

The CPU will clock to 4ghz and no more, 4.2 will make it unstable and fall over. I've wondered for a while if the CPU is man enough?

Im running a GTX 970 as well, 16GB of ram and bunch of drives.

could be pushing it with a 450w PSU, what make is it and also what CPU\cooler are you using?

what have you changed to get the CPU to 4ghz as you may need to change other options to get it stable.

Could just be an unstable overclock try 1 or two more notches up in voltage, sometimes you can pass every stability test going then fire up a game it crashes.
