Im looking for an overclocked bundle priced around 300-370

Which one is better between

3570k would be my choice.

+ Better CPU
+ Better cooler
+ Better RAM
+ Cheaper

- Motherboard doesn't support Xfire/SLi (x8 x8)
- May be voltage locked?

BIOS support isn't that great on EVGA boards either, the top bundle looks much better to me.

The top one does, bottom one will be PCI-E 2.0.

Both boards will support PCI-E 3.0, but the bottom one doesn't have a PCI-E 3.0 controller.

well ill buy the top one, ive just bought the GTX660 graphics card so i want to use it to its full potential with pci-e 3.0

Wouldn't make much diff if you used PCI-E 2.0 on it, a GTX660 isn't going to saturate a 2.0 16x slot. Probably won't saturate an x8 slot.
